As an HR Recruitment partner, we share curated Candidate Profiles (Resumes, Contact Info, Interview Feedback) with our clients. By partnering with Akaizaa Services, the Client Company agrees to:
Authorized Use Only: Use the candidate data provided by us solely for evaluating suitability for the designated job openings.
No Unauthorised Sharing: Restrict sharing candidate profiles with any third-party organizations, partner companies, or sister concerns without prior consent from Akaizaa Services and the candidate.
Data Deletion: Securely delete or purge candidate data from internal records if the candidate is not selected, or if requested under candidate data privacy guidelines, unless a legitimate employment relationship is established.
5. Data Security
Akaizaa Services utilizes robust technical, physical, and administrative safeguards to secure your corporate files, service agreements, and job requirements.
